You acknowledge the following aspects of the program

Coaching - you will receive 2 - 1-hour coaching sessions/month (my normal rate for a 1-hour coaching session is $297/hour)

Document Review - you will receive 1 document review/creation per month (timeframe allotted to review a document is 1.5 hours and no more than a 20 page document per review monthly).

Email support - you are allowed 1 email per month with a limit of 5 questions per email (be intentional and think about the questions they have. My goal is to coach clients in solving their problems, opposed to giving them all the answers. This can lead to a dependency on me, and/or my team, opposed to confidence in yourself.)

Slack - you will have private access to a community in Slack where you can offer and receive advice on a variety of different professional situations from other members (career development, professional domain skills, etc. Please understand people join and leave the program at different times so the amount of individuals will vary). This platform is to ask questions and provide support. The platform is not for document reviews.

Disclaimers - you agree to the following
1. You can cancel the monthly membership at any time. If you cancel during a paid subscription that subscription period will be honored. There are NO refunds on memberships.
2. Unused hours (consultation and/or document review/creation) DO NOT roll over to the next month (all hours must be used in that month). Extenuating circumstances such as illness, or death in the family will be evaluated as they arise.
3. There are no refunds for unused hours/document review and/or creation.
4. Any additional coaching time needed outside of the 2 hours/month will be at a discounted rate of $125/hour for that month, as long as your a member in good standing in the program.
